Observability service map

What is the nature and description of the request?

Add, in the Observability landing page a service map that shows:

• Observability components (OpenTelemetry collector, workloads, and backends)
• Their connections
• Health of connections
• Relevant metrics

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

To easily observe and troubleshoot observability components.

List any affected packages or components.
