Enable TLS for auto-instrumentation

What is the nature and description of the request?

As of today, there's no automatic way to configure tls connections between auto-instrumented workloads and the OpenTelemetry collector (or other endpoints).

This feature request is to enable TLS configuration for auto-instrumentation, to streamline this process.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

Customers that use the OTel Instrumentation CR, normally need to centralize observability instrumentation and data sending mechanisms. Easing TLS configuration will close the loop for them. 

List any affected packages or components.
