Allow loki to use virtual-host-style as an explicit configuration option

      This issue is blocking my customer from being able to move to Loki stack. We need to know if we will able to migrate before the Logging 5.9 EOL.
      If that is not the case we need to plan for other solutions.

      What is the nature and description of the request?

      Some of the storage vendors provide option to use virtual-host-style URL for S3. The Loki operator currently does not provide a configuration option to force this style.

      The virtual-host-style is so far only available for AWS S3

          LOG-5404 - [release-5.6] Configure Loki to use virtual-host-style URLs for S3 by default

      Why does the customer need this?

      Due to security reasons, the S3 storage is configured to use the virtual-host-style URL.

      List any affected packages or components.
