Display dashboards in a catalog view

What is the nature and description of the request?

Today the dashboards search list is not a very user friendly.
I propose to move the dashboards to a catalog view where the dashboards are grouped by the resource/component.

It would be very similar to the OperatorHub, which will give it a much better look and feel.
Especially as more dashboards are expected to be added.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

Better user experience when searching for dashboards when there are many dashboards.

List any affected packages or components.
