Observability observability

What is the nature and description of the request?

The intended outcome here is to improve the customer experience with the whole observability stack, especially ability to debug the stack.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

When customers have issues like

• not all metrics are displayed
• what's happening inside of my observability stack
• notify me, if a component of the observability stack goes down

This will also improve the customer experience with our customer support, since the support should get in a position where they can get (quicker) to a solution or a root cause.

List any affected packages or components.
