Tempo integration with COO
What is the nature and description of the request?
The objective of this epic is to provide integration with the cluster observability operator (COO).
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)
The users should be able to provision entire observability stack with a single CR. The stack should include Tempo as storage for trace data and tracing UI plugin for the OpenShift console.
List any affected packages or components.
