Add OpenShift Telemetry Daily aggregations DB as a data source

What is the nature and description of the request?

Add OpenShift Telemetry Daily aggregations DB as a data source to https://telemeter-lts-dashboards.datahub.redhat.com/ so that the we can use the daily aggregations instead of samples data when needed.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

This will help speed up some of the dashboards and also allow showing longer history for the data.
The Tableau that uses the daily data is more complex then Grafana and Grafana can help with adding operator specific  panels/dashboards without the need for it to be in Tableau. 

List any affected packages or components.
