      Simplify the nomination for insights rule based on customer case

      What is the nature and description of the request?

      We can simplify the way an SRE can propose a case for an insights rule by adding a label for cases that the case owner identifies as potential for insights rule in the support case itself.

      We can perhaps add an automation that requires the SRE to state if it should be proposed for insights rule or not, when they close the case.

      This will help the insights team with filtering the cases, without asking the SREs to go to a dedicated site to propose the case.

      Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

      The SREs are expected to identify cases where the issue in the case can be nominates. The nomination submission is in https://access.redhat.com/labs/proactiveissuestracker/
      It is separate from the support case.
