What is the problem that your customer is facing?

Quote from CU: "We know the colors are unrelated to the "value", but because the "cluster status" in Elastic Search refers to a specific color, for accessibility purpose, the dashboard color should be the same.

We don't have colour-blind people using this dashboard, so this is not deal-breaking for us but we thought that this could be appreciated from them."

What is the business impact, if any, if this request will not be made

available?
No Business impact, more of an Accessibility ask.
