OpenShift LightSpeed - conversation log gathering

What is the nature and description of the request?

As an OLS developer I need to have access to OLS conversation logs so I could improve OLS product in order to provide more relevant results to OpenShift Customers. I need the data to be collected from OLS operator, transported in a secure way to Red Hat, processed and stored in a secured location accessible only to OLS Engineers.
