User story:

As an OpenShift administrator I'd like to know how to best configure my workloads in order for these to perform at their best potential. I'd also like to avoid platform issues caused by misconfiguration of deployments as well. Deployment Validation operator should be availeble in Operator Hub and reporting to Insights so I could utilize its functionality.

Goal:

DVO version identical to the one deployed in ROSA and OSD available via Operator Hub. Appropriate testing procedures and build processes to allow simultaneous deployment to Managed fleet as well as general public's clusters. DVO Operator also should be among certified OpenShift Operators.
