User story:

As an OpenShift user I'd like DVO to perform as a standard Operator and cause no issues to my cluster. Appropriate testing and CI process should be in place.

Goal:

DVO testing and CI on par with quality standards of Insights Operator. CI and build procedures allowing seamless deployment to Managed and unmanaged cluster fleet.
