Problem:

OCP WebConsole shows Insights Advisor dashboard with latest numbers for Insights recommendations. These numbers are updated after every succesful upload of Insights operator archive - apx every 2 hours. When user disables a rule in Insights Advisor, the results of that action is immediately visible in Insights advisor (and propagated to backend services) but OPC WebConsole waits until next update to get this information.

Recent complaint for customers (Sanofi). Insights Advisor for new installs shows a recommendation hit. This recommendation is not important for customer, customer disables it but OCP WebConsole for next 2 hours shows that the recommendation is still available in Insights Advisor.

Goal:

OCP WebConsole/Insights advisor health metric is updated more frequently to pick up changes performed by user in Insights Advisor.
