Disconnected Environment Analysis through CCX Portal

Normally using the CCX Portal we are able to process information when customer is providing us Cluster ID. Using Telemetry we are able to pull and process information.

However in this mechanism we are ignoring a bigger chunk of OCP customer i.e. Disconnected Environment. In case of Disconnected environments, do we have possibility of customer provided must gather getting analysed with the available rules which are used to process information in case of Connected clusters.
