Current way of Reporting  for workload related recommendations is not good enough

User Story

As a customer I'd like to be able to get reports for Workload related recommendations grouped by namespaces.

This page allows me to display recommendation steps and affected workload objects (deployments, pods, kinds, etc.) and their type.

From an admin perspective, I should be able to export namespace recommendations (including steps to resolve and objects these recommendations target) in an XLS, CSV and PDF form

Goal

Design solution that would split Reports of DVO recommendations per namespace
