What is the problem that your customer is facing?

By default, the log collector uses the following sources: journald for all system logs & /var/log/containers/*.log for all container logs

Few customer wish to customize fluentd to collect only desired logs.
1. For example, they wish to collect only a application log only from specific set of namespace.
2. Also the liberty to choose the log path of infra log of their choice rather than just collecting all the container logs (/var/log/containers/*.log)

What is the business impact, if any, if this request will not be made

available?
This will help customer to collect only necessary log which will help in less space consumption and better performance.
