Problem

Insights Advisor doesn't allow users to easily identify project/namespace where a workload recommendation is currently hitting. The project/namespace identification is using UID and also is not grouped which results in a large number of similarly looking recommendations . 

User Story

As a customer using OCP Advisor I'd like to be able to consume Workload related recommendations grouped by namespaces to ease navigation between them. 

Goal

• Impement design (outcome of CCX-283) solution that would split results of DVO recommendations per namespace and display it to end users.
• Update notifications to be sent per namespace (which would enable application owners to gain access to results per namespace they own).
