User Story:

As a hypershift (Shared Control Plane) cluster administrator (using the hypershift managed cluster) I need to see health checks which are actionable for my type of cluster.

Goals:

• Enable DVO based rules on hypershift clusters
• Review existing recommendations whether they are aplicable for hypershift managed cluster
