Ability to export all recommendations, DVO checks, and upgrade predictions to XLSX via

REST API (and probably via UI as well).

Context

Insights Advisor and ACM have it's own UI for displaying and even sorting and filtering recommendations, DVO checks, and upgrade predictions. But at the same moment those UIs can't fit all customers needs. It might be better idea to have an ability to export all such data into XLSX format. This format is much better than CSV as it allow us to export real metadata, formatting, graphs, and "real" tables (in CSV everything is just one table). And XLSX is compatible with all recent spreadsheets etc.
