Problem:

This feature is a split of the initial one - CCX-233 - Internal data pipeline - simplification and code unification (which was combining effort for TDI and processing team).

Goal:

Based on agreement, we are splitting the original one into 2 pieces - one for the TDI one (this one) and one for the processing team (renaming CCX-233 to decommission unused part of the internal data pipeline)
