Provide access to host container logs (e.g. cri-o stderr/stdlog) to the pod/container, e.g. emptyDir or other. This will provide the pod/container access to the logs for processsing with a logging sidecar. The emptydir also acts as a buffer in case splunk is down when forwarding logs or there is a backlog in processing logs. Need in ARO/ROSA.
