Currently, it is possible to send logs to AWS S3 using Loki. The requirement is to send logs as plain text to AWS S3
What is the nature and description of the request?
Currently, it is possible to send logs to AWS S3 using Loki. The requirement is to send logs as plain text to AWS S3. Vector operator has capability to do so.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)
To improve cost effectiveness as logs will not be replicated like it happens with LokiStack.
AWS S3 is more cost effective than Cloudwatch.
List any affected packages or components.
