Support to configure .spec.storage.tls  for OpenStack Swift storage  in Loki

What is the nature and description of the request?

OpenShift is running on top of OpenStack and as object storage is desired to use OpenStack Swift Storage. But, currently, only is supported .spec.storage.tls for S3 object storage backend.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

Needed to keep the data from Loki in the object storage backend solution provided by OpenStack: OpenStack Swift
