    Description

      As a PM/BA/UX associated within Red Hat, I need to track Hibernation and Resume as independent but related features among other ROSA features so that I can understand the adoption. 

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Capture Hibernation and Resume available in Cluster Hibernated and Cluster Resumed events.
      • Provide a bar chart to aggregate overall usage 
      • Provide a detailed chart for tracking hibernation/resume/resume-failure-buckets (error, error_reason fields) 
      • Provide a chart/way to pick specific cluster by OCM cluster-id and track hibernation/resume
