Support Instrumentation CR in the OpenTelemetry operator

What is the nature and description of the request?

Support Instrumentation CR in the OpenTelemetry operator.

We would support only the injection mechanism in the operator and NOT the auto-instrumentation libraries. Customers will use the upstream open-source instrumentation libraries. 

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

The instrumentation CR simplifies instrumentation of applications running on OpenShift by using OpenTelemetry auto-instrumentation libraries
