OpenShift shall enable its users to observe different distrubuted traces depending on the tenant utilizing the platform.

User shall be able to hide/show distributed traces depending on who is watching.

The OpenShift distributed tracing platform needs to provide a solution in terms of functionality but also documentation and relevant how-to configuration guides on the following scenarios.

It might be that OpenShift already offers some of them, but how to achieve them is obfuscated or not tested.

      Scenarios

      1. "Friendly mode": Application is run on a shared cluster from the same organization, so the added value is just to choose, without major security requirements, which distributed traces to visualize depending on the interest of the tenant.
      2. "Secure mode": Application is deployed on a shared cluster in the hybrid cloud, and the tracing information shall not be available to anyone without proper access.
      3. Sensitive data is only available to certain users.
