      OpenShift shall enable its users to observe, install and operate distrubuted tracing across different clusters of a multicluster setup.

      ACM needs to be part of this offering by making these labels available for the user to customize.

      1. Fleet view of distributed tracing in the OpenShift console
      2. Installing distributed tracing solution from a dedicated observability cluster
      3. Filtering traces by region/datacenter/cloud/infra/team/application
      4. Exporting all traces from multiple clusters to a separate dedicated instance of other partner/vendor (i.e. Dynatrace)
