Add TraceQL support to TempoStack

What is the nature and description of the request?

OpenShift user should be able to use TraceQL in TempoStack deployment.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

On OpenShift customers already use LogQL and PromQL therefore providing TraceQL will give users the same experience to query trace data.

List any affected packages or components.

tempo-operator
