The possibility to use multiple logforwarders

Allow the use of multiple logforwarders

What is the nature and description of the request?

Like a lot of openshift clusters we provide Cluster As A Service.
Since there is only only one logforwarding instance, multiple teams want to edit this configuration.
For instance audit logforwarding is done by one team and namespace logforwarding is done by another team, both touching the configuration of the same object in openshift.

We would like to see the possibility that multiple logforwarding instances can be created and used, like Enabling alert routing for user-defined projects but then for logforwarding.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

As described above the customer would like multiple teams to have the ability to use their own logforwarders and configs this would save a lot of problems of who has edited what.
