RFE - add graylog/rsyslog as a supported sink for vector

      With vector and Loki stack becoming the default logging stack rsyslog is not supported anymore as a destination for the collector

      Is it possible to add support for.

      .- graylog

      Customer own words:

      We need an rsyslog output and technically we also need a way to send stuff to graylog, currently we use fluentd -> fluentd -> graylog. This wont work anymore, and to send data directly into ELS is not supported in Graylog. So we need rsyslog sink and one of the following output's/sink: Socket,fluentforwarder or vector.
