Loki support for no private networks

What is the nature and description of the request?
Currently, Loki is not able to run when the network is public doing it not usable in OpenShift.

In some cases, it's needed to assign CIDRs outside of private network ranges because all the ranges are reserved for other use cases inside the company.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements

Requested to be able to get running in supported/managed status the Logging stack using Loki as Log store solution

List any affected packages or components.
