Allow ClusterLogForwarder to forward logs of specific namespaces based on namespace labels
2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Allow adding kubernetes.namespace_labels in the ClusterLogForwarder's configuration for exporting logs, similarly to how it now works with kubernetes.labels of pods.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The customer is looking for scalable settings that works with mass-rollout - listing each project name in the ClusterLogForwarder is not scaleable.
