Extend Loki logs retention to at least 3 months

What is the nature and description of the request?

Need to increase supported logs retention in Loki to at least 3 months. Need documentation how much log data can be stored and queried in different Loki t-shirt sizing options

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

Customer has legal and internal requirement to store selected applications logs for at least 3 months

List any affected packages or components.
