Customer would like to be able to add more than one URL in a single output definition like for example:

- name: kafka-app 
     type: "kafka"
     url: tls://kafka.secure.com:9093/app-topic,tls://kafka2.secure.com:9093/app-topic 

Main goal is that they want the clusterlogforwarder to send logs to 1st URL and if it's unreachable send logs to 2nd URL. Some kind of loadbalancing+fault tolearance applied on clusterlogforwarder level.
