Support Elasticsearch 8.x as an output

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently, log forwarding to Elasticsearch 8 is not supported since the mapping types has been deprecated and removed as the Elasticsearch documentation says [0] 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Next year, the end of support for Elasticsearch 7 is announced. Then, it's expected to have more configurations moving to one supported.
