Add text search in the Dashboards filters.

Grafana allows to enter text in the filters to search for the specific entity , in addition to the scrolling. This is very useful when the list in the drop down list is very long and also for text that is not in the beginning of the entity name.

We would like to add this ability to the OCP UI dashboards.
