Minor Problem Alignment
The Problem
Different environments might have different needs and definitions what criticality actually means. OpenShift, and in particular it's components, currently ship with a set of alerting rules that have a fix severity that might work generally speaking but on some environments, one critical alerts might actually not be as important. Customers want a bit more flexibility to adjust the severity of all the out of the box alerting rules to fit them into their needs.
