Colllect data from Node Feature Detector

What is the nature and description of the request?

Node feature detector allows exposing data about node features to be utilized by the cluster in worker mode. For instance ability to place AI workloads to GPUs preent on the cluster node.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

Ability to provide analytics and troubleshooting based on the knowledge of node features.
