Proposed title of this feature request

Request a validation of the s3 secret created while installing loki to make sure we are checking that customer dont use endpoint/bucketname in the endpoint url section that can cause an issue for the logs to be retrived

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

I was recently working on a case where endpoint url was endpoint/bucketname this causes issue with logs not being visible beyond few hours as the endpoint is incorrect the logs are not being retrivied

if there is such a config done , we should be alerted for the same in either ingester or distributor pod logs

List any affected packages or components.
