Roles/verbs needed to view the service/pod monitor names in the targets page for non-admin user

2 - Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The Customer wants to view targets for non- admin users. Even if we assign cluster-monitoring-vew role to the non admin user. The user is not able to view the targets.

So the requirement is  are there any other roles/verbs needed to view the service/pod monitors in the targets page for non admin user.
