Proposed title of this feature request

Many, many customers are asking for Alert-Management and with our new UI we are providing more and more features. Configuring destinations, silencing.

like with logging we need to have a RBAC solution.

Which user can see alert?
Which one can silence alert?
Who is allowed to configure alert-destinations?

We know that ever if a customer does not use this he expects fine-grained RBAC as part of an enterprise solution. We also have big customers who really expect this to work on a very fine-grained level
