We have a request from the customer to allow creating a new prometheus rule based on the existing rule directly from the webconsole.
as of now we need to copy the Alerting rule and then create a new rule using the yaml from the cli, Custoer would like to have a Clone button that would allow user to create rule that will be copy of exiting rule and then they modify the rule from the console
