What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently in RHACM you can configure destinations for AlertManager by defining a secret.
This is documented well but it is not very user-friendly.

There is the expectation to configure this via UI (Also secure destinations should be considered).
If there are some monitoring, troubleshooting capabilities would be a bonus

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

"just" a usability topic
Customer do not like to switch and now with our big improvements in AlertManager-UI customer needs again to switch to configure the destinations
