User Story

As an OCP administrator I wan to be able to obtain all necessary guidance on cluster operations from OCP Lightspeed. I'd like Insights to be integrated in it since it features recommendations on operational risks as well as guidance on best practices and critical issues of cluster operations.

Goal

Integrate Insights in OCP Lightspeed. LLM prompts about current cluster health and forward looking recommendations should feature output of Insights for given cluster.
