Improve Log Filtering UI Usability

What is the nature and description of the request?
From the point of view of an user, if it's done a log filter going to "OpenShift Console > Logs" and it's added a "Namespace" filter as it could be "openshift-ingress":

and if it's desired to add a second filter as it's by "Pod", the pods available to be selected from the list could be expected to be only those running in the namespace "openshift-ingress" instead of all pods that exists:

Currently, listing all the pods/containers in the cluster, not only those specific to the namespace selected is making not easy the usability and not helping to do better queries as it's needed to identify the pods/containers running in the namespace in a different way for coming back to the Logging UI Console and add the pod/container name to the filter.

Improve usability and being able to do better queries easier
