Graph/Interface where visible the Loki MemberList/ring status and option of forgetting Loki instances

What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently, the only way of knowing the Loki MemberList and the ring status or forgetting an instance from the ring, these are common tasks from administration, it is using some commands from the CLI. Currently, it is not an easy task as not longer available the "curl" command inside the Loki pods (requested a tool in OBSDA-1077).

From the Observability point of view, it should be expected to have a graph/interface where visible the Loki MemberList and Ring status and where it should be also possible to remove a Loki member.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)
Have more visibility for the LokiStack status and being able to admin the ring for improving the times during the troubleshooting.
