Enable Vector to read from specified local disk log locations for log forwarding purposes.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer is seeking a solution for capturing multi-threaded logs and it appears that enabling Vector as part of OpenShift logging to capture logs from additional (configurable) locations on the local filesystem of a RHCOS node would solve their problem.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer has a multi-threaded application, with each thread requiring itsown log stream. Previous attempts to implement serialised access to the console have resulted in performance degradation and so a per-thread log file is written instead. Currently OpenShift Logging offers no way to capture these logs from local storage.
