1. Proposed title of this feature request
Alert bell in the OpenShift Console shows the filtered alerts instead of always shows the Platform alerts

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
In the alert bell in the right corner in the OpenShift console is always displayed the Core/Platform alerts and count of these alerts.

When a user selects a different filter, as it could be Source: User for visualizing the User alerts, it should be expected that the count and the alerts displayed in the bell icon in the notifications sidebar reflects the selection of the user in the filters.

3. Why is this feature needed? (List the business requirements here)
Improve the User Experience to be more aligned the visualization with the filters done by an user
