Background

The aim of this feature is to provide a list of GPU tested Bare Metal in which gpu metrics have been validated
This should cover both dcgm and habana images.

Requirements

Upon the completion of this ticket, power monitoring users shall:

• Have a list of tested GPUs
• The objective is for users to be to trust the values produced by kepler

Definition of Done

• ensure that kepler_node_gpu_joules_total is accurate on tested platform
• ensure that kepler_container_gpu_joules_total is accurate
