Proposed title of this feature request

AlertManager configuration, like defining destinations (maybe ever secure)
should be done in the UI

What is the nature and description of the request?

currently it needs to be done in a config-map

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

nice to have, but customer mentioned it is not nice at all to configure this in a secret/configmap

List any affected packages or components.
